“After the snowstorm, 95 percent of my town was without power. I went to the local library, which was operating a warming shelter and a place people could get food. The children's librarian told me they were printing out copies of Mayor Bob Mezzo's blog. Then he said, "We've actually also been printing out Patch articles, just to keep people informed." That's pretty cool, isn't it? Obviously while no one has power, some people don't have smart phones. So having handy copies of my articles (I hope) helps."
